How Does It Work?

Enriching Students allows administration and staff to define the activities that are available to students and turns every staff member into a resource for students. On the first day of the week, students report to their pre-determined Homerooms or Advisory. After attendance is taken, the teacher uses their computer, laptop, or tablet to “book” students for the remainder of that day and week. Teachers may find that many of their students have already been “pre-booked” by their teachers for specific days out of concern that they need additional assistance. Any unbooked days are determined by the student in consultation with their Homeroom or Advisory teacher.

Making the Process Easy!

Enriching Students has the capacity to book groups of 15 to 18 students by as many as 70 different teachers within a few minutes. It sets maximums for each of the booking environments and allows teachers to shut down their availability on days that departments might wish to meet or if they are unavailable to their students for any reason. Enriching Students is a tool that allows for a far greater capacity for tracking interventions that any given school might wish to implement that is not available in your standard student management systems.
