Staff App
The Staff App enables teachers to quickly and efficiently schedule students for extra help, enrichment, interventions, and more. Create student groups, custom offerings, and most importantly, meet your students’ needs!
Attendance and Engagement Tracking
Take attendance for students during flex time that includes participation values like ‘Present/Participating’ or ‘Present/Inactive’. This can help with accountability, and also noticing patterns that will help educators pinpoint student needs.
Unscheduled Student Reporting
With our Unscheduled Students report, no student will be missed. Select a date range, and in one place easily identify and schedule students that failed to schedule themselves or were not scheduled by another staffer.
Student Web App
Our mobile-optimized student account gives students a user-friendly experience using their 1 to 1 device. Students can access their accounts using Clever®, Classlink®, or Google® sign-on to view their weekly schedule and available course offerings, as well as request and schedule appointments.
Email Notifications
Email notifications allow you to send students a copy of their weekly schedule so they know what appointments they have for the week. Email one student, a group of students, or all students school-wide their schedule with just a few clicks. Additionally, parents can also be emailed a copy of the schedule if they choose.
Create Custom Session Offerings
Want to have a workshop, test prep session, or enrichment offering during flex? Enriching Students® gives you the ability to create custom course offerings for a specific flex period, day, or range of dates. This allows you to create special sessions that you can schedule students to, or that they can sign up for.
