Basic Feature Overview
Create a Staff or Student Event
Creating an event is simple. Add the event name and description, as well as a banner image, that will displayed on the event listing page. Add your date and time, and adjust who is or is not invited if needed. Staff and students will see upcoming events they’re invited to, and can RSVP.
Track Signups
Students or staff can easily select whether or not they will attend the event, and you can view who has selected which option – Going, Maybe, or Not Going. Make some events mandatory, and set an RSVP date if you want to cut off signups at a certain time.
Event Attendance and Check-Ins
At the event, we make handling check-in’s easy with a couple of different options. You can scan staff or student badges to check them in to an event, select them from within the software to check them in, or use the dedicated event QR code which they can scan to check themselves in. You can view a list of who is checked in and out, and quickly search for someone to see their current status. This feature helps you know exactly who is at the event and who has left – an important security feature.
