You can now view your own profile page in Enriching Students. When you log in, select My Profile in the navigation. This page will show you how you are being scheduled for Flex, as well as your grades if your school has decided to show them.

Select the gear icon at the top and choose to view your data in a bar graph or pie chart format.

There are 2 tabs on this page, Overview and Grade Analysis. They each show you different kinds of data which we will explain below. For each tab, you can select a date range to view data from that period of time, from the past 7 days all the way up to the current school year. You will also see the percentage of appointments scheduled by you (if your school allows you to self-schedule) vs. a teacher.

Overview Tab

The overview tab shows you the Appointment Types you have been scheduled for, your Attendance Types, and the Resolved By options shows you how your teachers have responded to your flex appointment requests. Select any of these options in the column to the right of the chart to see the results. Click on a bar or pie chart selection to see the percentage of that specific item. For example in the image below, the student has been scheduled to a Career Day appointment type over 37% of the time.

Grade Analysis

If your school connects grades to Enriching Students, you will see your grades in a box on the Overview tab, but you will also see the data on the Grade Analysis tab. This shows the last time your school uploaded your grades, how many appointments you’ve been scheduled to for the department connected to that grade and whether those appointments were made by you or a teacher, and if there has been any change.

For example if you had a C in Math at the beginning of the school year, and then you scheduled yourself or a teacher scheduled you to multiple extra help sessions with a math teacher, you would expect your grade to improve. The Change column on the Grade Analysis page will have a green arrow pointing upwards to indicate a positive grade improvement, and red down arrow to indicate that your grade decreased. No arrow up or down means no change.
