DISTRICT ACCESS

Access All Schools, with One Account

As a District admin user, you can access all schools in your District with one account. Similarly, if staffers work in multiple schools, they can select which school they want at login.

  • Use SSO to access multiple schools
TRANSFERS

Move Staff and Students Between Schools

Students and staffers can be moved to a new school within the District and maintain their data when the schools are sharing data. This means that a students ‘story’, or the flex time data, will come with them and be retained in their new school in the same District.

UNIFORMITY

A Consistent Experience Across District Schools

When you choose Enriching Students® as the tool for your District flex scheduling, your schools will have a uniform experience. This means:

  • A consistent staff experience
  • Easy to teach
  • Easier training for staff
DATA

District-Level Reporting

Being able to capture data for your District is a hugely valuable tool. When your District uses Enriching Students®, you can run reports across all your schools to gather attendance and appointment data related to flex time. This helps with:

  • Needed documentation for state-wide intiatives
  • Proof of efficacy of your flex schedule
  • Progress monitoring
SEAMLESS TRANSITIONS

Easy Adoption for Students

Enriching Students® has an intuitive, mobile-optimized design that helps students learn how to use it quickly. When you use Enriching Students® district-wide, students can start on their personalized learning journey in middle, and build on that into high school as they learn how to schedule themselves for what they ned, and manage their time. Having the same application in middle and high school takes the focus off learning a new application, and on to building skills and getting the support they need.
