Make it easier to track the effectiveness of your flex period by taking attendance. Your school can set up its own custom values to that you can track attendance as well as engagement in your flex period.

Prevent Scheduling When You’re Unavailable
When you’re out for the day, or your whole department will be unavailable during flex time, you can ‘block’ dates and/or specific periods to prevent you form being scheduled to.
- Block a single period
- Block all periods for a single date
- Create a series of blocked dates
- Block dates for staff or departments
STUDENT REQUESTS
View and Schedule Student Appointment Requests
Students may have permission to request appointments to see you. You can view and manage these requests, choosing to schedule or remove them.
