When taking attendance for students, staff can select an appropriate attendance type for students, the default options being Present and Participation, Present not Participating, Absent, and sometimes Cut. We’ve added a new feature that allows admins to change attendance types values for column headers, as displayed on the Student Profile page. For example, if you change an option to Present/Active, you may want to change the column heading from P (Present/Participating) to PA (Present/Active). These changes are reflected on the student profile page where the Attendance Types table is displayed. To make these changes, go to Settings, and Attendance Types. There you’ll find a new field called Column Head, where you can change your attendance types column heads.
