How Our Software Helps Schedule Students

Automatic Smart Schedule

Schedule students where they need to be without a single click! Our smart schedule automation is customized to each campus’ needs. Your school decides who gets scheduled, when, and why — for example: every Wednesday at 9am, schedule all unscheduled students to a flex intervention for the class they have an F in. You create the rules, we build the automation! This can work in combination with our other scheduling options, so you can use the automation for sometimes, have teachers schedule students and students schedule themselves at other times.

Teacher or Admin Schedule

Teachers or other staff members in Enriching Students® can schedule students to flex or WIN time, or assign them to a student event. Teachers can schedule students to themselves or other staffers via quick scheduling options, or advanced scheduling that allows users to schedule students to repeating appointments. At some schools, scheduling may be assigned to a few specific staff members. Our mass scheduling option may be a good fit in these instances, allowing a user to schedule a group of students to a single location for a single date or range of dates.

Student Self Schedule

Want to give students more choice in how they are scheduled? With Enriching Students®, all student account are free. You can choose to allow students to log in to their Enriching Students® account, and either request or self schedule to flex time. You can choose to allow request or self schedule permission for all students, or on a student-by-student basis. In addition, students can RSVP for student events, truly creating a flexible schedule for themselves both for intervention/enrichment, and extracurricular school activities.

Staff Web App

The Staff App enables teachers to quickly and efficiently schedule students for extra help, enrichment, interventions, and more. Create student groups, custom offerings, and most importantly, meet your students’ needs!

Student Web App

The Student Web App gives students a user-friendly experience using their 1 to 1 device. Students can access their accounts using Clever® or Google® sign-on to view their weekly schedule and available course offerings, as well as request and schedule appointments.

Email Notifications

Send students a copy of their weekly schedule so they know what appointments they have for the week. Email one student, a group of students, or all students school-wide their schedule with just a few clicks. Parents can also be emailed a copy of the schedule if they choose.

Scheduling Options

Users can schedule students using a variety of options. The 'quick schedule' allows scheduling in just a few clicks. Users can also quickly schedule to other staff members, schedule groups, or schedule students to flex for repeating appointments over a range of dates. Unscheduled Student Reporting

With our Unscheduled Students report, no student will be missed. Select a date range, and in one place easily identify and schedule students that failed to schedule themselves or were not scheduled by another staffer.
